Full payment will be processed automatically at the time of booking.
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 24 hours before the arrival date/time are without charge.
Thereafter the total value of the booking will be charged.
A booking reference must be provided upon arrival.
Smoking policy if a customer has smoked onsite in a hotel room they will be charged £250.00 straight up. Damage to the hotel customers will pay for full damage.
